CU-26-06: A Conditional Use request to allow a “Special Event Facility” for The Honey Hall

The Honey Hall is intended to be a well-managed, reservation-only event venue for celebrations and community gatherings hosted in an existing commercial space. The goal is to create a positive local option that supports nearby businesses and services.
